Business Continuity Plan for COVID-19
A summary of SkyWatch’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for COVID-19
The World Health Organization declared the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) a global pandemic on March 11, 2020. Since then SkyWatch is actively monitoring the situation and has put several policies and plans in place to ensure the safety of our staff and partners while we continue to support our clients and our community.
Our commitment is to ensure that service remains available to you and the additional support that you may require from us.
Support for the health and well-being of our people
Practices are established to avoid face-to-face meetings and travel.
We added a mental health initiative for employees and their families.
Reminders of the availability of EAP for emotional support are communicated frequently.
We communicate information that is in line with public health recommendations for health, hygiene and prudent action.
Additional actions are taken in line with occupational health and public health practices as they emerge.
Support Of Our Customers
Review that our technology is able to support an increase in remote work, and manage any added load to client-facing or service delivery technology that may occur.
Employees continue to work. It's business-as-virtual. Our business hours are still 9 am to 5 pm ET Monday to Friday.
In partnership with our providers, SkyWatch is committed to supporting the health and well-being of our people throughout this period while we continue providing all our services without interruption.
