Accessibility at SkyWatch

Statement of intent

SkyWatch Space Applications Inc. is committed to providing an inclusive, accessible experience for our customers, employees, and job applicants, consistent with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and Ontario’s Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR).

Service animals

Service animals are welcome in all areas of our premises that are open to the public. If a service animal must be restricted from a specific area for safety reasons, we will work with the individual to find an alternative solution.

Communication and accessible formats

We communicate with customers and members of the public in ways that take their accessibility needs into account, and will provide information in accessible formats (such as large print or accessible digital formats) upon request.

Temporary disruptions

If a facility or service normally used by people with disabilities is temporarily unavailable, we will provide notice of the disruption, its anticipated duration, and any alternative arrangements, where available.
